Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic building maintenance experience and ability to perform varied trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on buildings and properties.
• Handle plumbing tasks including copper pipes, soldering, faucets, P-traps, PVC, sinks.
• Carpentry tasks including cabinets, countertops, trim, molding and related work.
• Electrical tasks including outlets, switches, fixtures, wiring, circuit breakers.
• Repair drywall including cutting, sanding and taping joints.
• Concrete/masonry work including walks, curbs, slabs and brickwork.
• Perform landscaping, lawn and shrub care.
