The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to move heavy items (100 lbs+) and work in various environments. A high school diploma and valid license are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or HVAC trades preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability requirements.
• Ability to be mobile for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures and systems throughout the facility.
• Maintains records of work performed per departmental processes.
