We are seeking an experienced and Multi-Skilled Craftsman or Handyman with solid knowledge of most trades.

Key Skills:

1. Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
2. Trouble Shooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker and have the ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
4. Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance, Own basic tools, Decent looking vehicle (to start)
