Basic math skills.
Ability to safely operate various pieces of equipment and rotate jobs.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of hand tools and perform riveting, drilling, inserting screws and pins, using a mallet, and threading nuts onto bolts.
Assemble components that meet specified quality standards at a predefined rate using inspection methods.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines; wear PPE.
Attend and participate in safety meetings and training; actively promote safety.
Cooperate with fellow employees and supervisors; maintain clean, organized work area.
Develop productive relationships with other work groups and participate in problem solving and continuous improvement.
