Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run various machines processing customer orders to specification. The role covers lathe operation, flame cutting, induction hardening, disc assembly, and finishing processes.

You will handle drilling, tapping and labeling, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and timely output. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork mindset, and the ability to multitask while

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to foster and support a team work environment.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate lathe machines to perform turning, boring, threading or facing per specifications.
Set up and operate flame-cut/torch equipment.
Set up and operate induction/flame hardening machines to harden and anneal work pieces.
Assemble discs on PTUC, set speeds, and load materials.
Drill and tap holes in metal work pieces per standards and procedures.
Clean and finish parts; apply paint and manage finishing processes; deliver finished goods to shipping.
Maintain regular attendance and support additional tasks as assigned.
