Job summary

Boots Opticians is seeking a Hub Manager to lead 6-10 stores across multiple locations, travelling daily to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong trading performance. You will mentor regional store leaders and drive the commercial plan with data-driven insights.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll collaborate with the regional team and Support Office to influence change and optimise business performance, including working with HR/ER policies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team remotely across multiple sites.
• Ability to travel across your geography.
• Experience working with HR and ER policies would be advantageous.

Contract: Permanent
Shift pattern: Weekend and Weekday working – 37.5 Hour Contract

About the role

As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of 6-10 stores across the Worcester, Chisbury, Gloucester, Hereford, Evesham and Stroud areas, delivering an exemplary customer experience through supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to help them with their eye health.

Leading a team based across multiple sites, you will have the opportunity to inspire, develop and empower your dedicated leaders to look after the day-to-day operation within your stores to deliver a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.

You will effectively use data driven insights to plan strategically across your stores to execute the commercial plan brilliantly and to build and maintain a robust succession plan of talent.

You will be required to travel between the stores within your hub and visit your stores daily.
