Job Responsibilities
  • Address resident service requests promptly
  • Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
  • Prepare apartments for market readiness and maintain grounds
  • Conduct inspections to identify repairs
  • Assist in managing maintenance inventory
  • In the absence of the Service Manager, oversee service requests and delegate tasks
Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance areas such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, auto insurance, reliable transportation
  • Computer skills and effective communication in English
  • Knowledge of apartment housing laws
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
  • EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal certification within 90 days if required
  • Availability for emergency response after hours and weekends
  • Use of personal smartphone for work-related tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Trade school certification/diploma
  • Managerial experience
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or retail
Compensation

Hourly rate: $29.79 - $36.41, based on skills and experience. Overtime and performance incentives available. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for operating motorized vehicles during work.
