Qualifications

• Minimum of 12-17 years experience in pastoral ministry.
• Experience in a multisite church context preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading mid-sized churches (1,500+ attendees).

Responsibilities

• Lead the pastoral team across all campuses in alignment with the church's mission.
• Preach and teach at least 40 weekends per year at the Rockford campus.
• Oversee the spiritual welfare and administration of the church.
