Job summary

Clarion Security LLC is seeking a Flex Security Officer to cover multi-site assignments across Nashville area. The role includes filling in for absent officers, covering open shifts, and providing security coverage as needed. Schedule variability may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, valid security license, and strong communication and observational skills. Prior security or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background check and drug screening must be passed.
• Must possess a valid, active security license.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned properties on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access control points.
• Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and incidents.
• Write accurate and detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Enforce company policies and site-specific procedures.
• Fill shifts at multiple locations as business needs require.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
