Job summary

Alta Vista Innovation High School is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across multiple sites within the region, including Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and High Desert. The role involves screening, evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in accordance with IEPs.

You will attend IEP meetings, develop goals, maintain documentation, coordinate with teachers, and ensure legal and district compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders required.
• Valid SLP credential or eligibility for credential/licensure in California.
• Experience with K-12 education settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate students for speech-language disorders.
• Diagnose and treat communication disorders per IEPs.
• Attend IEP meetings and report progress.
• Develop speech-language goals and document progress.
