Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Multisite (Roving) Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rochester, Minnesota. This is a hands-on maintenance position working closely with our Maintenance Teams at all 6 properties that we own and manage in Rochester.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • 6+ months experience in maintenance
  • 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
  • Drywalling, including painting and carpentry
  • CPO, EPA, or Boilers certification is a plus but not required
  • A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly rate of $20 - $24
