Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Minimum three (3) years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner License (California) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist Certificate required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides developmental opportunities, coaches teams, and drives performance improvements.
• Translates plans into actionable items; monitors progress and ensures policy adherence.
• Implements clinical standards and evidence-based practices across sites.
• Coaches safety and regulatory compliance, reporting risks and corrective actions.
• Oversees resource allocation, inventory, and cost-effective operations.
• Leads patient care practices and care plans across multiple sites.
