NYU Langone Hospitals is seeking a Multisite Operations Manager of School Health to oversee strategic planning and clinical operations at their Brooklyn site. The role involves improving patient care performance, ensuring compliance, and leading staff development within a vital healthcare network dedicated to serving diverse communities.
Family Health Centers at NYU Langone, a designated Level 3 Medical Home, is the largest federally qualified health center network in New York State, and the second largest in the nation. It includes eight primary care sites, 40 school-based health centers and dental clinics, four day care centers, the nation's largest dental residency program, and New York State's largest behavioral health program. Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Multisite Operations Manager of School Health - Brooklyn.
In this role, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for strategic planning, clinical and financial operations, and the success of the practice and/or program. Reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations. The Operations Manager will develop and collaborate with FHC leadership to strategize and identify opportunities to expand and grow the practice/program.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or a school environment. Master's degree preferred. Proven leadership and staff management success. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to present ideas clearly. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize in high-pressure settings. Strong customer service skills and team-oriented experience. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $66,415.19 - $90,346.35 annually, depending on experience, education, and hospital needs. This range does not include bonuses or other compensation. For more details, click here.
