Job summary

MaxHealth is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant/Front Office Float to support clinics across Sarasota and Manatee Counties. The position involves patient care, room preparation, assisting physicians, and front desk tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Starting at $20.00 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, benefits including health, 401k, life insurance, long-term disability, paid holidays and PTO are offered; phlebotomy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Phlebotomy experience required
• Proficient with EMR/EHR and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination and procedure rooms and assist physicians during exams.
• Greet and triage patients upon arrival and manage front desk tasks.
• Schedule appointments and procedures and handle related medical records and documents.
• Support clinical procedures and patient care in a fast-paced environment.
