Qualifications

• Basic HVAC knowledge; respond to common HVAC issues.
• Electrical knowledge for basic repairs and safety.
• Paint, clean, and troubleshoot in homes.
• Drywall and carpentry tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks across multiple worksites daily.
• Respond to guest issues via work orders and fix as needed.
• Coordinate with management and third-party service providers.
