Job summary

G3 Enterprises is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload freight and move materials across multiple campuses in Worcester, MA. You will use WMS tools (Swisslog, Softeon, SAP) to document inventory movements and maintain accurate counts.

The role requires safety discipline, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adaptability to varying shift lengths (8–12 hours). Prior forklift certification and basic PC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years material handling and forklift driving.
• Ability to obtain FLD certification within 30-60 days of employment.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic PC knowledge.
• Experience with palletized product handling.
• Ability to work 8 hours, with potential 12-hour shifts across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight across campuses and warehouses.
• Operate WMS to receive and ship loads (Swisslog, Softeon, SAP).
• Perform cycle counts and assist inventory control.
• Maintain safety standards, 5S, GMP, and PPE compliance.
• Communicate across shifts for smooth handoffs.
• Inspect inventory for defects and record quality outcomes.
