Job summary

Clearview is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform general maintenance across its network of 27+ financial centers. With 1–3 years of light residential maintenance, you will support opening procedures, badge issuance, vendor coordination, and on-site repairs.

Based at Moon Township, PA, you will travel to multiple centers, work flexible hours including weekends, and collaborate with Facilities Security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience (light residential maintenance).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Decision-making skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Valid PA driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple centers.
• Willingness to learn how AI tools can improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Must be flexible with hours and days off.
• Provide backup and support to Facilities Specialist/Security.
• Perform opening procedures for Moon building, including lights and gates.
• Issue vendor and employee temporary badges.
• Escort vendors as needed in all branches.
• Monitor Help Desk tickets and prioritize issues.
• Coordinate outside service vendors for repairs as needed.
• Monitor buildings for deficiencies and exterior maintenance.
• Inspect interior walls, paint, flooring and upgrades as necessary.
• Replace light bulbs and ballasts as needed.
• Handle restroom and breakroom problems and coordinate vendor help.
• Oversee housekeeping and report furniture issues.
• Monitor lobby/grounds for suspicious activity; conduct walkthroughs.
• Oversee projects by outside contractors.
• Ensure fire extinguisher inspections and emergency lighting.
• Monitor HVAC systems and building control systems.
• Schedule generator maintenance and fuel as needed.
• Coordinate cable/utility access with vendors.
• Ensure secure shred handling and UPS system upkeep.
• Assist transporting equipment and supplies as required.
