Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking an EHS Manager for the Midwest region, based in St. Marys, OH, with responsibility for four additional locations: Ashley, IN; Goodland, IN; Plymouth, MI; Wadsworth, OH.

This role reports to the Division EHS Manager and partners with site leaders to enable a robust Environment, Health & Safety program. The ideal candidate will lead EHS initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee data in Gensuite, and drive risk reduction while supporting sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• BS in occupational safety or related field; EHS certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years EHS experience; 8–10 years preferred.
• Experience in industrial, multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of US EHS regulations (RCRA, OSHA) and programs.
• Experience deploying safety and hazard control programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute EHS programs across multiple sites to meet objectives.
• Manage EHS documentation and reporting in Gensuite and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate environmental, health and safety compliance and risk reduction.
• Guide site leaders on regulatory matters and permits (stormwater, air, etc.).
• Travel ~50% to sites for support and audits.
