Job summary

Qualifications

• Building technician experience
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of apprenticeship programs preferred
• Valid driver’s license – CDL preferred (2+ years clean record)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment inside the C-store and building issues
• Perform electrical, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, drywall work to maintain condition
• Receive work orders from Ecotrack Facilities Management and complete maintenance timely
• Perform roof work and repairs
• Do asphalt repairs at the parking lot
• Travel between sites; inspect facilities, prioritize repairs
• Ensure compliance with ADA and federal safety standards
