Job summary

MCC Label in Henrietta, NY is seeking Maintenance Technicians (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems in a multi-shift operation.

You will diagnose downtime, perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, support Lean and 5S, and participate in special projects, with a competitive compensation up to $35 per hour plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational/technical maintenance training preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to assess equipment and implement improvements.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on production machines in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain electrical schematics, instrumentation, and calibration documentation.
• Support Lean and 5S initiatives to improve operational excellence.
• Perform facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
