Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to high-speed production lines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production activities across shifts to meet cost and quality goals.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and training of staff within the assigned area.
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports on productivity, costs, and variances; manage budget.
