Job summary

The Production Operator at Boulder Connect rotates through various roles in a laundry plant, including Soil and Clean Operations, to ensure efficient processing of linens for medical facilities.

He/she learns and operates multiple production positions with a typical 2–5 day learning curve, performs soil linen sorting, cart cleaning, linen stacking, feeding and operating ironers, and assembling carts for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to rotate through multiple roles and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, wash, dry, iron, and load linens meeting safety and quality standards.
• Learn and operate multiple production positions with a 2–5 day learning curve per position.
• Sort soil linen, clean carts, stack linens, feed and operate ironers, and assemble carts for shipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards; perform other assigned tasks.
