Staff Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Location: Fairfield, OH
Schedule: Full-Time | Initial 13-Week Assignment with Potential for Permanent Hire

We re hiring a motivated Staff Pharmacist to join a dynamic pharmacy team in Fairfield, OH. This full-time role starts as a 13-week contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position based on performance and fit.

Available Shifts:

• First Shift: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

• Second Shift Options:

  • 12:00 PM 8:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM 11:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and data entry personnel to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflow

• Oversee medication preparation, packaging, and timely order fulfillment

• Review new prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosing, drug interactions, and allergy contraindications prior to dispensing

• Manage controlled substances inventory in accordance with regulatory guidelines, particularly Schedule II medications

What You ll Need:

• An active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license

• Experience in high-volume retail or compounding environments is highly valued

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to lead a pharmacy team in a fast-paced setting
