Qualifications

We are hiring for multiple teams within Paying & Transfer Agent Operations , including:

• Transfers
• Closings

While all roles support Corporate Trust operations, specific duties may vary based on team assignment.

The Paying & Transfer Agent Operations Specialist supports Corporate Trust operations by processing an reviewing bond, securities, transfer, and account-related transactions. This role ensures work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational controls. The position works closely with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, support client requests, and identify process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of experience in transaction processing

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in financial services, banking, operations, or transaction processing.
• Knowledge of corporate trust, securities, bond processing, or related financial products.
• Ability to follow structured procedures and manage high-volume workloads.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment with a focus on compliance and controls.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
