IU Health and the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology seeks a physician leader to join our team! The candidate should have an outstanding record of accomplishment in clinical care, teaching, and a focused area of research activity in Multiple Myeloma.

  • Academic practice with focus on clinical care, research and education
    • 75% Clinical, 25% Academic
  • Academic Rank at a Professor or Associate Professor level
  • Practice locations include University Hospital, Eskenazi Hospital, and Simon Cancer Center
  • 20% inpatient / 80% outpatient
Key Responsibilities

Provide independent judgement in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan

  • Oversee the interdisciplinary team and residents/ medical students in all aspects of their assigned duties
  • Provide medical educational and multidisciplinary team coordination services
  • Participate in clinical research projects of interest in cooperation with the medical research department

Minimum Job Requirements

  • BE/BC in Hematology
  • Obtain IN license
  • MD, DO or equivalent education
