Job summary

MILLER LANDSCAPE INC is seeking a skilled Landscape Crew Leader to maintain outdoor spaces and lead a grounds crew. You will supervise crews, plan daily tasks, and ensure high-quality results for customers.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, operating equipment, pruning trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and performing seasonal cleanups while delivering professional customer service in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred.
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Willing to work in all weather elements.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, weed whipper, edger, backpack blower, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.
• Plant flowers and seasonal annuals.
• Perform general property maintenance and seasonal cleanups (spring/fall).
• Gather and remove debris including leaves, sticks, and trash.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
