Job summary

MOTOCOL is looking for Senior Business Analysts based in Des Moines, Iowa, with a proven track record in business process flow and data analysis. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Wealth Management and Salesforce is preferred.

This is a contract position for 6 to 18 months with a pay rate of $50/hr. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders and available for in-person interviews in the local area.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills and over 10 years of experience.
• Experience in business process analysis and wealth management preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions and capture business process flows in meetings.
• Conduct data analysis and queries related to mutual funds.

Senior Business Systems Analyst – experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage Operations, Trading(2-3)

Senior Business Systems Analysts with Data Experience (1-2)

1 – highly experienced in data analysis /data queries / business information – mutual funds understanding/experience highly preferred.
