Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting multiple functions across engineering, manufacturing, and technical services. Team members may contribute to detailed system design, support production activities for critical components, and assist in implementing and improving quality management systems for defense-related projects. Day-to-day responsibilities can include collaborating with engineers and technicians, interpreting technical drawings and specifications, documenting processes, and participating in workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives. Individuals in this role may also help coordinate project activities, ensure compliance with industry and customer standards, and support problem-solving for complex technical challenges. Cross‑functional communication, adherence to safety and security protocols, and a commitment to delivering accurate, timely work are essential parts of the position.

Qualifications
