Job summary

iHeartMedia is seeking a Multiplatform Producer‑Board Operator to create Spanish-language content across digital, social, podcasts, TV/video and broadcast radio from our South Florida hub. The role emphasizes live and on‑demand production with collaboration across Programming and Digital teams.

You will develop, edit and publish daily content, manage rundowns, and ensure brand consistency while delivering timely, engaging local and national stories to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Professional-level Spanish proficiency with strong cultural context.
• Minimum 2 years of professional television production experience.
• Working English required for internal collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of Miami/South Florida news and culture.
• Experience booking guests and coordinating interviews preferred.
• Ability to produce live productions and manage rundowns.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, package and publish daily content for social media, digital platforms, podcasts and broadcast.
• Identify moments from the show and turn them into platform‑specific content (video, clips, posts).
• Produce and distribute podcast content and other on‑demand audio.
• Write headlines, captions, descriptions and supporting copy for digital content.
• Coordinate show elements with on‑air talent and programming teams.
• Record and edit audio/video content for broadcast and digital use.
