This role requires 2+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to travel to branches. You’ll build scalable content systems and help Mira Home become top-of-mind for homeowners needing pest control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating short-form social media content for a business or brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content you personally filmed, edited, or produced.
• Excellent creative instincts, storytelling ability, and understanding of hooks and audience retention.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to branches and technician job sites.

Responsibilities

• Own Mira's corporate Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts accounts.
• Plan, produce, schedule, and publish a consistent stream of engaging content.
• Develop platform-specific hooks, captions, formats, and calls to action.
• Continuously test creative concepts and improve based on reach, retention, engagement, and audience response.
• Build an authentic, recognizable brand voice across every platform.
• In the field: film on job sites and direct non-professional talent when needed.
