Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Television writing or producing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with field and studio production.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Produce, write, shoot, and edit promotional content for broadcast, digital, social, and streaming.
• Lead field and studio production: cinematography, lighting, audio, directing.
• Craft edits with pacing, sound design, motion graphics, titles, and VFX.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to develop concepts.
• Support community outreach and multiplatform campaigns.
• Manage projects from concept to delivery with organization.
• Troubleshoot production and post-production challenges quickly.
• Contribute ideas in cross‑department brainstorms.
