Qualifications

4+ years of professional writing, researching, and on-air reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism or related field preferred.
Strong live field reporting and on-air presence.
Editorial judgment and ability to own stories from concept to broadcast.

Responsibilities

Pitch and develop original story ideas and cultivate local contacts.
Deliver clear, fair, and impactful reports across topics.
Maintain composure during breaking news with strong live presence.
Serve as fill-in anchor when requested.
Tailor content for linear, streaming, and digital platforms.
