Sunbelt Asphalt Surfaces, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asphalt Quality Control Supervisor to manage quality control operations for two asphalt plants in Auburn, Georgia. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance, train staff, and support a culture of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt QC, asphalt plant operations, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of asphalt mix design, aggregate gradation, asphalt content testing, and volumetrics.
• Knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, and GDOT specifications and procedures.
• Proven ability to manage quality across multiple production sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QC operations at two asphalt plants.
• Monitor asphalt mix production for compliance.
• Review and interpret test results and production data.
• Train and mentor QC technicians.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
