Role Summary

This internal-facing role provides administrative support for an assigned portfolio of Tier 1-3 programs, supporting Multinational Client Executives, Coordinators, and Product Underwriters. It includes end-to-end servicing of Tier 4 standard programs, utilizing AIG systems to ensure timely and accurate implementation of multinational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to support the implementation of global programs, including:
  • Tax calculations
  • Service fee calculations
  • Invoice preparation & issuance
  • Master policy booking, preparation & issuance
  • Processing new business, renewals, endorsements & cancellations in AIG systems
  • Tracking updates & document uploads within AIG systems and electronic files
  1. Provide end-to-end servicing of non-strategic, standard programs
  2. Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships
  3. Review handoffs for completeness & accuracy, resolving discrepancies
  4. Input details into the workflow tool to release instructions, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  5. Monitor and resolve questions or rejections from AIG or partners
  6. Monitor policy issuance and premium tracking for accuracy and adherence to timelines
  7. Escalate servicing, premium, or technical issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year insurance experience or equivalent foundational knowledge; servicing environment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of multiple lines of commercial insurance preferred
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT packages: Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset
