Job Description

Reporting to the Radiology Manager, this position performs imaging examinations in two or more modalities. The assignment may vary across different imaging sections based on operational needs.

1. Interacts professionally with co-workers, visitors, and staff, adhering to Jefferson's values.
2. Operates radiologic equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
3. Monitors patient condition during imaging, alerting physicians to any complications.
4. Provides radiologists with high-quality images to assist in diagnosis.
5. Ensures compliance with all radiologic safety regulations.
6. Properly positions patients and equipment prior to procedures; administers oral or injected contrast when necessary.
7. Creates and maintains reports on patient data and radiologic treatments.
8. The work schedule is split between two or more modalities, based on business needs.
