Job summary

Centra Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to obtain diagnostic images for two or more modalities under physician supervision. You will operate scanners, monitor patient safety, and ensure high-quality images across MRI, CT, ultrasound, and other modalities.

The role requires ARRT certification in radiology (and ARRT/MR/US as applicable), CPR certification, and readiness to work with patients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Ultrasound: require associate degree or ARDMS/ARRT-certification-based training.
• Mammography/MRI/CT: ARRT certification/licensure requirements.
• CPR: CPR certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients for procedures before, during, and after imaging.
• Prepare patients and perform exams for 2+ modalities following protocols.
• Maintain equipment and assist radiologists with procedures and biopsies.
• Enter and review imaging data in PACS and ensure image quality.
• Restock supplies and ensure patient safety and comfort.

Education

Associate degree or completed Certification Program in Ultrasonography, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or Radiology
