Job summary

University of Maryland Medical System is seeking a Multi Modality Technologist I to rotate through imaging departments, including general X-ray, OR imaging, Pain Management procedures, and CT. You will work a comprehensive schedule with weekday hours and one night call during the week, plus call every fifth weekend.

A sign-on bonus may be offered. You should have an associate or higher degree in radiologic technology, ARRT registration, and readiness to collaborate within a fast-paced clinical

Qualifications

  • General radiology competency across locations and patient types.
  • Ability to perform CT, MRI, Mammography, or Interventional Radiology per facility protocols.
  • Administers contrast according to facility policy.
  • Adheres to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Executes basic clinical competence in general radiology and other modalities as needed.
  • Applies radiology principles, safety practices, and patient care skills.
  • Documents accurate patient care activity in electronic health records.
  • Maintains supplies and reports equipment issues in line with policy.
  • Participates in performance improvement initiatives and staff training.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
