Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in photography, film or video production, digital media, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field; equivalent combination considered.
• Three (3) years of professional photography/videography experience including editing and post-production.
• Demonstrated portfolio or reel reflecting strong visual storytelling and editing ability.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary staff photographer and videographer for college initiatives, including enrollment, programs, events, and athletics.
• Plan, produce, and deliver photography and video from concept to final output with briefs, shot lists, and location planning.
• Capture professional stills and motion content in studio, campus, and event settings using strong lighting and audio techniques.
• Edit, retouch, color-correct, caption, and prepare assets for publication across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify storytelling opportunities and align work with college priorities.
• Maintain brand identity, accessibility standards, and release management across deliverables.
• Manage projects and schedules in the college's project management system and communicate progress.
