The Multimedia Training Developer at CAC I International Inc. will create interactive eLearning, multimedia content, and IETM materials in Fairfax, VA. The role splits between product development and delivering technical training, with occasional classroom instruction and LMS deployment support.
You will work with instructional designers, engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment, using Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, HTML/JavaScript/JSON, and Moodle for SCORM/xAPI content.

Join a multidisciplinary team developing eLearning, multimedia, and interactive technical training solutions for complex systems. This role is evenly split between developing eLearning products and creating multimedia and web-based content for an Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM).
The Multimedia Training Developer will create interactive courses, branching scenarios, video tutorials, animations, graphics, and technical web content. The position will also occasionally deliver classroom training and support the deployment of the IETM and Learning Management System.
This position is full-time onsite in Fairfax, Virginia, with approximately 10–20% travel.
