• Enjoy an average of 20 weeks at home per year

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of newspaper advertising sales experience (or a mix of sales & management)
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and cultivating new business with local sales reps
• Ability to train and motivate sales teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Willingness & ability to travel (by car and by air)
• Base salary + monthly commissions
