Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong ability to select participants and scout locations for photoshoots.

• Experience operating professional-grade photography and videography equipment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Audition).
• Knowledge of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts video production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content including recruitment videos and digital marketing assets.
• Lead all phases of video production from concept development to distribution.
• Collaborate with Academic departments and Enrollment Management to promote programs and student experiences.
• Perform post-production editing, color correction, and formatting for multiple channels.
• Plan and oversee photography and image development activities including location scouting.
• Monitor trends in digital media and AI to enhance recruitment communications.
• Research and implement AI-powered tools for video production and editing workflows.
• Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in technology or processes.
• Additional related duties as assigned.
