Job summary

University of Kentucky's STEPS Media Depot is seeking a Media Production Manager to oversee video, audio and image projects for campus and external partners. You will coordinate student staff, equipment, and workflows, while delivering workshops and supporting events.

Ideal candidates will have editing program experience, DSLR/prosumer cameras, and basic lighting/audio skills, with 30–40 hours weekly and shifts from 8a–10p Mon–Fri, plus summer staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• Video/Audio/Image editing proficiency.
• Experience supervising & training employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage multimedia productions for the Media Depot in collaboration with campus and non-campus groups using student staff and equipment.
• Lead multimedia workshops.
• Help manage student staff after 5pm.
• Assist with Smart Campus events.
