Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Learning Content Creator in Emporia, KS to develop accessible, engaging training materials for frontline and functional teams. You will own the creative production lifecycle from scripting to publishing in a manufacturing setting.

Reporting to the Workforce Development Manager, you will translate complex processes into effective multimedia experiences, collaborating with SMEs and leaders to support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in digital content creation or instructional media.
• End-to-end multimedia production skills (filming, lighting, audio, editing).
• Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for manufacturing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production lifecycle from scripting to publishing.
• Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and leaders to translate processes into instructional materials.
• Create multimodal content including microlearning, visuals, troubleshooting guides, and quick refs.
• Review and adapt vendor training to internal needs and standards.
• Manage multiple content development projects with deadlines.
