WTAP is seeking a full-time Weekend Multi-Media Journalist to cover news in Parkersburg, WV, Marietta, OH, and surrounding areas. You will write, shoot, and edit stories for daily newscasts, the website, and social platforms, delivering compelling stories with strong news judgment.
The role requires self-motivation, the ability to meet deadlines, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.

WTAP is looking for a full-time Weekend Multi‑Media Journalist. The schedule is typically Friday–Tuesday. Successful candidates will cover news in Parkersburg, WV, Marietta, OH, and the Mid‑Ohio Valley. They will also be able to deliver compelling stories, be self‑motivated, meet deadlines, have strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate good news judgment and decision‑making, and maintain a positive work environment.
