KVIA-TV, a News-Press & Gazette Company station in El Paso, TX, is seeking a motivated Multimedia Journalist (MMJ) to cover local, national, and international stories for television and digital platforms. You will produce content for broadcast and social media, delivering compelling reporting with a strong on-air presence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong on-air presence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AP Style, news writing, and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules as news coverage requires.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
