We are seeking a creative, technically sharp, and production-ready multimedia professional to join one of IU Health's most uniquely positioned teams. From shooting and editing video at IU Health conferences to building eLearning modules for Riley Hospital's continuing education programs and producing digital communications for clinical quality and safety initiatives, no two projects look the same. This role supports digital media production and clinical education content development across IU Health, including:
Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Adobe-Fluent:Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Audition, After Effects - these are your daily tools and you use them confidently and creatively.
Full-Cycle Producer:You're comfortable owning a project from planning and scripting through capture, editing, and final delivery - you don't just do one piece of the puzzle.
Creative & Storytelling-Minded:You think about how to make content engaging, not just technically correctly, you bring a storyteller's instinct to everything you produce.
Technically Grounded:You understand audio and video capture equipment, eLearning authoring tools, SCORM, and LMS environments.
Self-Directed:You thrive in a primarily remote, hybrid environment and manage your own project load with minimal oversight.
Adaptable:No two projects are the same. You shift gears easily and bring the same quality and energy to a Riley CE video as you do to an all-system engagement campaign.
Mission-Connected:You're motivated by the idea that your creative work helps healthcare professionals learn, connect, and deliver better care.
