Job Summary: Pets Best is seeking a Multimedia Designer, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and working closely with the UX Designer, the Multimedia Designer will play a key role in developing and producing high-performing marketing assets across digital, social, video, partner, and print channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail and production expertise. One day you may be developing ad creative for paid media campaigns. The next, you may be editing video for social channels, preparing partner collateral, or helping implement our new visual identity across the business. You'll create a range of assets that are both on-brand and optimized for performance. Job Location: Remote – USA Main Responsibilities: Performance Marketing Creative * Design digital advertising assets for paid media channels, including Meta, Google, display, and other acquisition channels.* Create and resize assets across multiple formats and specifications.* Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Content teams to develop ad variations and creative testing concepts.* Ensure assets align with campaign goals while maintaining brand consistency.* Support ongoing creative optimization efforts based on performance insights.Social Media Design * Design organic and paid social media content.* Create static graphics, carousels, stories, reels cover art, and supporting social assets.* Partner with content creators and social media stakeholders to bring ideas to life visually.Video Editing & Motion Graphics * Edit short-form video content for paid social, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.* Create motion graphics, text animations, and branded video elements.* Work with b-roll footage, existing assets, and agency-produced content to develop compelling video creative.* Export and optimize content for platform-specific requirements.Brand & Creative Development * Contribute to the rollout and implementation of Pets Best's evolving brand identity.* Help translate brand guidelines into real-world marketing applications.* Maintain high creative standards across all customer and partner-facing materials.* Collaborate with external creative agencies on campaigns, assets, and design execution.Partner & Print Marketing * Design marketing materials for affinity, employer, and strategic partners.* Create print collateral, sales materials, event signage, swag assets, one-pagers, presentations, and other marketing support materials.* Ensure all materials meet brand, compliance, and production requirements.Asset Management & Production * Organize, maintain, and archive creative files and source assets.* Prepare production-ready files for digital and print environments.* Support asset management processes and help maintain an organized creative library.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Basic Qualifications: * 3+ years of graphic design experience in an in-house brand, agency, or marketing environment.* Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, social media, and brand design work.* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.* Experience creating marketing assets across multiple channels and formats.* Strong production design and file preparation skills.* Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience editing short-form video content.* Motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar tools.* Experience working with performance marketing teams and paid media creative.* Experience supporting brand launches or brand refresh initiatives.* Familiarity with Figma.* Experience in subscription, service, insurance, healthcare, financial services, pet, or consumer Compensation: National base pay range: $63,003 - $75,603 per year. Chicago base pay range: $69,303 - $83,163 per year. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive pay. Base pay is one part of a total rewards package that includes the benefits listed below.
