• Oversees or leads research and analysis of source data or designs to inform illustration and graphics creation and provides recommendations
• Consults on illustration and graphics development standards, processes, and procedures for support engineering products and services
• Oversees maintaining and storing illustration and graphics for accessibility
• Leads ensuring product compliance with applicable standards and specifications
• Performs project oversight activities, stakeholder management, and provides technical consultation
• Oversees and leads investigating emerging technologies, techniques, tools, and processes and provides recommendations

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Multimedia Design Specialist (Experienced or Lead) to support Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Air Dominance\Phantom Works in one of the listed locations (Hazelwood, MO or Daytona Beach, FL).

Position Responsibilities

• Manages the image approval process for multiple product support teams

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 3+ years of experience with assigning Illustration Control Numbers (ICNs) for an S1000D application
• 3+ years of experience maintaining an illustrations library

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
• Experience working with minimal daily oversight/direction to accomplish business goals and objectives
• Skilled in advising a work unit regarding tasks, projects and operations

Summary pay range for Experienced level (Level 3): $79,050 - $115,000

Summary pay range for Lead level (Level 4): $97,750 - $142,600
