Job summary

Adara Communities in Houston seeks a hands-on Multimedia & Creative Specialist to support the Marketing team across our apartment communities. The role combines video, photography, graphic design, and digital creative, with a strong emphasis on Adobe Creative Cloud and AI-assisted workflows.

You will shoot and edit content for properties, create print materials, develop social promos, and build a media library.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience in multimedia, graphic design, or related field.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Firefly, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway).
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Well-rounded multimedia capabilities across video, photo, and print design.

Responsibilities

Shoot and edit video content for properties, amenities, events, and lifestyle content.
Capture and edit photography for communities and marketing materials.
Create 15–30 second promotional videos for social media, digital ads, TV, and venue advertising.
Build and maintain a library of property photo and video content.
Design flyers, brochures, signage, banners, and print materials.
Create digital, website, and social graphics and assets.
Use AI tools to generate concepts, draft copy, and accelerate workflows.
Stay current on AI tools and recommend efficiency improvements.
Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
Handle quick-turnaround requests and respond to feedback.
