Job summary

Sacred Heart Schools in Atherton, CA is seeking a Multimedia Content Producer to join the Communications team. You will lead end-to-end video and digital content production, from concept through editing, for school-wide storytelling across channels.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of video project management, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a collaborative approach to support Admissions, Advancement and events with engaging visual content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film & Video, English, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
3–5+ years of end-to-end video production and project management in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop) and Sony mirrorless cameras.
Knowledge of copyright laws and regulation related to digital media/video production and marketing.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end video and digital production: idea generation, storyboarding, interviewing, lighting, sound, editing, color grading, and graphics.
Partner with Communications leadership to execute a digital content strategy for internal and external communications.
Collaborate with Admissions, Advancement, Mission and other departments to produce high-quality video content.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict timelines and approvals.
Publish and manage media across social, web, and Vimeo channels.
